Shipping policy

Please allow between 2-3 Business days for orders to be shipped. Once orders are shipped you will be updated with tracking information Via email used when purchasing.

We require that the shipping and billing address matches. If the address does not match we will cancel order and refund you within 72 Hours. 

For order $500 or more a signature will be required upon delivery. 

For all order that are wanting to be picked up in the Cincinnati Ohio area please choose pickup at checkout. Depending on order timing and product availability order may be available for pickup same day. Regulars pickup processing time is 24-48 hours.
